Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To secure your facial appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and begin your experience relaxed and on time. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or modify your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a late cancellation. Late Arrivals Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened service to ensure we remain on schedule for our next guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—our policies allow us to provide exceptional service and respect every client’s time.
